Procedure for exchange or return of goods

Every CONSUMER has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, without stating a reason.

The product must be returned in good resalable condition – it must not be worn, washed, ironed, have any traces of makeup (lipstick, foundation, etc.) or foreign odors (perfume, cigarette smoke), and must have all the original tags and accompanying accessories (belt, brooch, etc.) attached, if applicable.
The SELLER reserves the right to refuse to accept returned goods and to refund the amount, if it establishes that these conditions have not been met!
The shipping costs for returning goods upon cancellation of the contract are entirely at the CUSTOMER's expense. Returned goods to the SELLER must be sent with the option to „INSPECT“. The SELLER does not accept shipments sent with “cash on delivery”.
A mandatory condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the presentation of proof of purchase (courier's system receipt issued upon delivery).

The CONSUMER has the right to a claim in case of any non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
Transit defects and shortages: All orders are shipped with the “View and Test” option. The USER must carefully inspect the goods in front of the courier. Any visible damage, tears, stains, or shortages that occurred during or before transport must be noted. immediately in the presence of the courier. Goods damaged during transport are considered ONLY with a claim report from the courier! Claims for transport defects are not accepted if the shipment is accepted without remarks from the courier!
Factory defects: If a factory defect is found, the CUSTOMER may file a complaint by notifying the MERCHANT via email at: [email protected]. The message must include photos of the defect, a description of the problem, and proof of purchase or a sales receipt.
After the claim is registered, an online associate will contact you to clarify how to return the item and resolve the claim (repair, replacement with a new item, or refund).
In case of a substantiated claim for a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the order, the shipping costs for returning the defective goods and sending new/repaired ones are borne by the SELLER.
A manufacturing defect does not include incorrect use, improper washing, ironing, or failure to follow the care instructions indicated on the label or in the item description. Normal wear and tear due to use is also not grounds for a claim!
The seller reserves the right to refuse returns, claims, and exchanges of goods if the above conditions are not met!
