Meeting your expectations, return the goods and pay only for the courier service without cash on delivery, unless otherwise stated.

Deliveries are made to an address specified by you or an office of the courier company Econt Express. Delivery costs are borne by the CLIENT, as well as the costs of returning an item from the order placed, unless otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions.

Deliveries are made within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. At the SELLER's discretion, international deliveries may also be made, with terms and prices depending on the specific destination.

        Delivery is made within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. For smaller towns without an Econt office, delivery is scheduled, usually within 3 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, during public holidays, or after 15:30 are processed on the next business day. In case of force majeure circumstances beyond the SELLER's control (bad weather conditions, technical problems, blocked roads, etc.) or during campaigns (Black Weekend, Christmas holidays, March 8th), the delivery period may be extended, and the SELLER is not responsible for the delay! 
              Upon receipt of the shipment, the CUSTOMER must carefully check the contents of the ordered goods and the condition of the packaging in front of the courier. In case of discrepancies or damage during transport, the CUSTOMER must contact the courier or the MERCHANT at the time of receipt of the shipment. If the CUSTOMER does not notify the MERCHANT or the courier upon delivery of the goods, they will be considered to comply with the requirements of the ordered goods!
Complaints or requests for missing items that were not noted with the courier before payment of the shipment will not be accepted.

Free shipping is only available to Econt courier company offices when the total cost of purchased products exceeds 80.00 euros (156.47 BGN).

Any delivery under the amount of 80.00 euros (156.47 BGN) is paid for by the CUSTOMER, with the value automatically calculated upon entering delivery details, depending on the selected goods and location before finalizing the order.

For orders containing more than one item, you have the option to add a „selection option“ from the shipment. In this case, you can receive and pay for only the product(s) you choose after inspection and testing. The selection option is valid only after prior clarification from the customer with a specified comment in the „Order Notes“ field. If the selection service from the shipment is requested, the CUSTOMER cannot take advantage of the current conditions for free shipping according to Art. 8, point 6.3 of the General Terms and Conditions! The costs for shipping the shipment, as well as the costs for returning items from the order, are borne by the CUSTOMER.

The risk of accidental damage to the goods passes to the CLIENT from the moment the shipment is handed over to the CLIENT by the courier.
