The product must be returned in good resalable condition \u2013 it must not be worn, washed, ironed, have any traces of makeup (lipstick, foundation, etc.) or foreign odors (perfume, cigarette smoke), and must have all the original tags and accompanying accessories (belt, brooch, etc.) attached, if applicable.<\/span><\/p>

In case of a substantiated claim for a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the order, the shipping costs for returning the defective goods and sending new\/repaired ones are borne by the SELLER.<\/span><\/p>

A manufacturing defect does not include incorrect use, improper washing, ironing, or failure to follow the care instructions indicated on the label or in the item description. Normal wear and tear due to use is also not grounds for a claim!<\/span><\/p>
